Terms and Conditions for Paint Parties

Booking and Payment: For Private Parties Only*- Book the venue in advance by paying a deposit corresponding to 50% of the final booking price . The remaining payment must be made in full by the date of the event. A late fee of $50 will be added to your invoice for every day the payment is overdue. 

  • For Public Events: Tickets must be purchased to attend the event. Ticket Sales are available at the door. 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to 48 hours before event will receive full refund. $100 will be retained for cancellation within 48 hours of the event. 50% of total will be retained if cancelled within 24 hrs. For a postponed event: Full payment will be retained and used towards balance for the event on the postponed date. Clients will receive one week to secure a new date or 50% of full payment will be retained. Group Parties: Single tickets will not be refunded for group parties or tickets. Single ticket refunds are only for Walk-ins, fundraisers, markets, and fairs. 

  • Event Duration* The venue can be used for the duration agreed upon at the time of the booking. Booking time should include set-up, clean-up. Any additional hours late start or passed the time booked will incur an additional charge of $65/ hour. 

  • Liability and Damage: Any damage to the venue or rented equipment during the event caused by you, your guests, or vendors, is the responsibility of the client. The client is liable for all costs incurred for any repairs or replacement equipment.

  • Facilities and Equipment: The venue provides basic furniture, lighting, and equipment required for the event. Any additional equipment required can be rented at an additional cost: (Consult w Studio) 

  • For paint parties booked at the venue, rental of chairs and tables is free except tables for food.

  • Tables and chairs can be rented for all events held outside of the studio. A $5 fee will be added for the transportation.

  • All fees will be added to the original invoice used to book the party. All cancellation and payment policies apply

  • Catering and Alcohol: All food and beverages can be provided through in-house catering vendors and bartenders. In the case that vendors and bartenders are selected by the client then alcohol can be served, provided that the vendor has a valid liquor license and serves in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. Should the client select their own vendors, the client must ensure that the server is qualified/licensed.

Decorating: Decorations of the venue can be undertaken by the client according to the specifications provided by the venue management. Any decorations that may cause damage to the venue are prohibited. Any tape is restricted to non wall damaging, 3M (see amazon). The venue management can provide decoration at fee (Consult w Studio) Does not apply to events outside of the studio. Decorating is included in set up time. 

  • Guest Behavior: The client and all of their guests are expected to leave the space as they found it. Please pick up after yourself and do not leave any trash. 

  • We ask that you bring a positive attitude to the space and are respectful to the instructor/artist and any other staff during the event. 

L’Expression Creative Studios reserves the right to ask any client inebriated or otherwise, who exhibits disruptive or disrespectful behavior, to vacate the premises. Guests who are incoherent will be asked to leave and provided with transportation to a safe location of their choosing. 

Unless the event is a children’s party/event, instructors and staff are not responsible for any children brought to the event. 

The client and their guests are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner at all times, following the rules and regulations set by the venue management. 

Liability: The venue management is not liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the venue.

By booking the venue or paint party service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The client further acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above-listed terms and conditions.
