The conversation

What we're actually here to talk about.

The Problem

It's heavy at the top.

Being an executive in charge is a heavy endeavor. Sometimes teams do not bond, adding an additional mental and physical burden to leadership, who tend to put team wellness to the back burner trying to put out immediate fires caused by unwell staff who avoid, rush, or frustrate already strained systems.

The Impact

Quick fixes that don't fix.

The longer this goes, the more executives choose to ignore issues that become increasingly overwhelming. Quick fixes may be implemented which do not solve root problems, while pressure rises — sometimes to breaking points.

The Transformation

A team that has your back.

Imagine going home at night with only business questions, while you know that you have a healthy, supportive team who has your back and will get the work done with efficiency.

At this dinner you will learn

Three takeaways you'll leave the table actually holding.

Why prioritizing your team wellness is not a waste of time — it's an investment on ROI.

How to increase communication, bonding, self-awareness, innovation, and collaboration, while lowering stress, conflicts, disengagement, and mistrust.

How to integrate psychology and art seamlessly into work schedules to create staff wellness, improve your company's impact, sustainability, creative energy, and initiatives — and mitigate risk.
