Terms and Conditions for Equipment Rental
Invoice Payment: There is a refundable $25 cleaning deposit due at the time of purchase. Deposit refund is dependent on condition equipment is returned (unclean, sticky, damaged or broken equipment). All rental fees must be paid in full before any equipment is retrieved. A late fee that corresponds to your total rental fees, will be added to your invoice for every day the items are not returned. Any equipment not returned will be purchased by the client (we will charge your card, or invoice you).
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Cancellations before 24 hrs will receive full refund
Cancellations within 24 hrs will have $5 retained from total refund
Cleaning:Renter must return equipment clean and as they were received. If materials are returned in poor condition the $25 deposit will be retained as cleaning fee.
Liability and Damage: Any damage to the rented equipment during the event caused by you, your guests, or vendors, is the responsibility of the renter. The renter is liable for all costs incurred for any repairs or replacement equipment. Deposit will be retained and go toward the balance for all repair/replacement costs.
Event Duration: The equipment can be used for the duration agreed upon at the time of the booking. Equipment must be returned at the conclusion of the event or previously agreed booking time. A late fee equal to the price of rentals will be added to your invoice for every day equipment is not returned.
Decorating: Decorations can be added to the equipment so long as they do not permanently alter or damage the condition of the equipment. For any decorations not completely removed, the deposit will be retained as part of the cleaning fee. Permanent damage or altered equipment will need to be replaced. The renter is liable for all costs incurred for any repairs or replacement equipment. Deposit will be retained and go toward the balance for all repair/replacement costs.
Guest Behavior: Please ensure that all guests are using the equipment for their designed use. Example: No standing on furniture. Should any equipment be damaged due to improper use, the renter is liable for all costs incurred for any repairs or replacement equipment. Deposit will be retained and go toward the balance for all repair/replacement costs. The studio is not responsible for any guest injured while misusing the equipment.
Capacity: Chairs can hold 300lb maximum. Tables can hold 700lb.

Liability: The studio is not liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from the improper use of the equipment.
By renting this equipment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The renter further acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above-listed terms and conditions.
